 I have only been using Answerlink a couple of weeks since leaving Geac and so
far I have has responses back within a few hours.  OK I may not be getting a
solution in every case - e.g. - 'Will be fixed in a future release/fix pack'
but at least there is dialogue.  If your contributions to cases (your side of
the dialogue) are being ignored then that is unforgivable.

Same for us . We not only get very slow response ( in terms of weeks and
months) from Answerlink , but often our contact seem not to undestand the
problem .
Trust me , we are IT people and we do our best to describe the problem  and
give examples since we know the hardships of ineffective problem-reporting
.
We have not felt the promised improvements
