The Week-End Update (1/INC) provides the logic that calculates and stores the
average usage amounts in the INP60 records...
You should be running the 1/INC option at the same time every week...
I have ours scheduled to run every Sunday night at 11:30 PM...
You may have a more appropriate time in your situation...

This step also advances the current week on the IN calendar...
