SYS21 - Transportation Planning Background jobs

Today we had to end our TP background jobs manually, because they wouldn't
end using the proper method.  Now we can't seem to get all of the background
jobs in TP to start correctly.  As a matter of fact, we're not sure what
background jobs should be running in the TP subsystem.  Can anyone tell me
what those are, and where I could find any documentation on that.

  We're at 3.5.2b SP2. (in the process of upgrading to SP4 - AP2.3)
