Has anyone ever tried to tie out open orders? Total open beginning of day
1, have sales for day 1, new orders placed day 1, adjustments day 1, then
run total of open orders beginning day 2.

Example: Beginning of 6/18/2002 Total of open orders
1,000,000.00
                     Sales for 6/18/2002 Total sales
100,000.00
Orders taken for 6/18/2002 Total Orders
50,000.00
                     Adjustments to Orders Total Adj
    -1,000.00
Beginning of 6/19/2002 Total Open Orders
949,000.00

When I do this on our system it never ties out. I verify what our total
open orders are, then verify sales, then order intake and adjustments. I
then run total open order value the next morning and it is different then
what the calculation says it should be. I am doing all this when the
subsystems are down and no one is using the system. We are currently on
3.5.2 SP3 AP1.2. Any input would be great, thanks.
