Jenny,
It sounds that (like us) you close for business on the 28th, and don't
open again til early June. In that case, can you getaway with only
changing the Inventory calendar, running Inventory period-end on the
28th, plus Sales Analysis, and then just doing everything else as you
would normally when you get back? Anyone foresee any problems with this
approach?

Neil.

Subject: SYS21 - Month End on the 28th!

Dear All,

Thanks to the jubilee year our MD wants to run our month end on the 28th
of
the month!

I'm quite new to the JBA game and am currently on my own in the IT
department looking after JBA. I am going to change the following
calendars;

Inventory
Manufacturing
Sales Analysis
General Ledger
GL VAT
World Trade
Service
Workshop

and I have made sure that our in house month end program is set to run
on
the 28th.

Can any of you think of something else that might go wrong or think of
anything else I need to check?

Have any of you any experience of doing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yours nervously,

Jenny M.
