Thread-topic: MPS issue--- Work order is currently in use

We ran MPS today afternoon. After that when we are reviewing MPS through 
14/MPS. At that point when we want to maintain a work order against a 
suggestion. It's telling me the work order record is currently in use. I 
checked the MSP99 file. But this file looks okay. Its doing like that for each 
part. Does anybody out there know what to do? Your suggestion will be a great 
help.
