I would attempt to contact Peter Clay at geac...  He invented EDI...!!!   Much
the way that Al Gore invented the Internet...
But seriously, Peter really does know about using EDI with JBA, so if the help
desk or your account manager has borne no fruit in this matter, I would give
Peter a chance...  If Peter can't help you he will certainly put you in touch
with someone who can...

I am looking for anyone who can provide some insight as to how to implement
the Order Status Report in the Style version of System/21.  I have been
asking for assistance from Geac since September and have received none.  I
am getting very desperate.  Any assistance or useful documentation would be
greatly appreciated!!
