As part of our IT deployment, we are planning to have a second machine in our network, at another site which will provide the Group with a fall-back in the case of a major disaster. This machine will be of the same configuration than the 'live' machine, in terms of Ram, disk, CPU type, but will obviously have a different serial number. It will kept up-to-date with the data backup, and used only in the case of a major breakdown, or disaster on the live system, such as fire or total destruction of our production site. For those who have been through this or have started investigating , what arrangements have you been able to reach with GEAC for authorisation codes ? or else what is your undestanding of their position on that question ? Thanks for your contribution
