We are using a software call Formation from California.  It does the
overlays.  We are printing our AP checks, Purchase Orders, and Invoices on
stock check paper, and standard laser paper.  It also has the fax , email,
and automated clearing house.  The form is designed on the PC and ftp up to
AS400.  It signs the checks as it prints and assigns the check number.  If

We are in the process of evaluating document processing solutions that
include the ability to do form overlays, faxing, email, etc.  Geac's
solution is the Optio product that does all of this.

If you have experience with the Optio product or any other another document
processing solution I would appreciate your comments -- in or out of this
forum.
