The pricing routine is part of the invoicing program.  If you set the
customers to price at despatch and you make sure that the despatch date
entered in confirmation of despatch reflects the true despatch date, the
invoicing program will re-price the order as per that date.  If you run
invoices as an overnight batch as we do, be aware that any enquiries into
price before the invoice run might reflect the incorrect price if the actual
despatch date is different from the planned despatch date.  Once the invoice
run is complete, all enquiries will show correct prices.

Pricing at dispatch could work as long as the invoice gets printed on the
right day. I learned the hard way that the pricing routine in not invoked by
the confirmation of dispatch program.

I don't have a system to test this out on but you could try to override the
order date. If memory serves, you cannot enter an order date that is greater
than the system date but that does not sound like a difficult mod (famous
last words).
