Pricing at dispatch could work as long as the invoice gets printed on the right day. I learned the hard way that the pricing routine in not invoked by the confirmation of dispatch program. I don't have a system to test this out on but you could try to override the order date. If memory serves, you cannot enter an order date that is greater than the system date but that does not sound like a difficult mod (famous last words).
