Yes I missed that part. We are at  352b  SP3  now , but the MMgr entry was
created when we were at some previous
version .
The MNTIPGLIBL of  MM gives the exact list from  Jeff , But displaying
library list of the JOBSCH in QCTL
yields that same list PLUS :

IPGMMD4     USR       Machine Manager Dspf Library
IPGMMP4     USR       Machine Manager Program Library

 I will try the bespoke task for midday run and let you konw. However, as
Jeff points out, we still do not understand   the daily run even with the
specified day mask
