Some additional notes with respect to the responses received : a) No entry at all has been generated : not even suspense a/c entries. b) Unfortunately the spools produced by the original AFI batch posing are now deleted. so I don't know whether the infamous ' Invoice examined but not used' message was therein. c) I also thought that there might have been a condition in the journal that would not pick up that invoice but there aren't. The journal processes all invoices for that company. In fact when I use the 'afi test invoice extract', I use the Live journal definition type. And this produces the correct a/c entries in the report. d) There was no change in the journal definition at that time. In fact the invoices just before it were posted in 1 batch. And the invoices just after it were posted in the next batch. e) I believe the SLPI0 file is for interfaces outside of AFI, isn't it.? There is an error report (FI something) that is produced that states something like "invoice examined but not used". Is it possible that the invoice in question could be a combination of order type, customer, etc. that would exclude it? _______________________________________________ This is the GEAC/JBA System 21 Users (JBAUSERS-L) mailing list To post a message email: JBAUSERS-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/jbausers-l or email: JBAUSERS-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/jbausers-l.
