Over the last weekend we installed SP4.

We found a few Un-Documented Features (read bugs)

Sales Order Processing:
We are using advanced pricing.
When processing a Misc Invoice, if you use option 5 to override the price, all
looks OK on the following screens but when you print the invoice or enquiry on
the invoice the default price (not the overridden price) is displayed.

Customer Scan (which is used by various programs) had a problem. We have our
customers indexed on name, address line 3 and postcode. If we did a lookup by
name all was fine, if we did a lookup by address line 3 all was fine, but if we
did a lookup using name and address line 3 then duplicate entries would show for
the delivery sites.

Inventory:
Stock movements enquiry. When you page down the first record on the screen shows
incorrect information when you do a details lookup.
