We have also had this problem several times, with various programs. We will have programs that run fine for one user but lock up the session for other users. The problem goes away when we upgraded the user to Client Access Express. The problem would happen when the user gets a warning or error message in a program. The reset set key would look like it worked but then the session would be locked. The user would have to close the Client Access session and open a new session. We had called IBM and the tech we talked w/ was as stumped as we were. A few months after we began migrating users to Express we found a CA service pack that addressed this issue. Since IBM ceases support of all releases (OS and CA) prior to v4R4 at the end of May, I would explore going to the Express client.
