We had this experience when we were at 3.5.1 also. We were told that it was fixed in one of the 3.5.2 Service packs (2 I think). Since we went live on 3.5.2 (SP3) we have not had this issue. We were offered an explanation for what is going on with this. "Heffner, Art" <AHeffne@PTS-TOOLS. When leaving the G/L journal posting option, User name changes at the top of the menu and this new user's security is used for menu authorizations. If you display the LDA, the L#USER # and L#TERM fields have been changed to a user with an open cash posting session or 3 way match session. If you display the job using Sysreq 3 the original user and terminal ID is still signed on according to the IBM operating system. I am also wondering if this could have anything to do with skipped sessions, lockups, etc. We are on 3.5.1.
