Mike, Sarita is right. You have to build the G/L session details yourself. There are fields in both sets of files that allow you to link the session numbers and the invoice numbers (DOCREF) together. You should also know that you must update the A/P session first and then the G/L. If the G/L session goes first then the validation program for the A/P interface will flag the session as an error. Good luck. The program to be called to post to GL is GLI00CLP . We already use the JBA AP , AR & GL Interface programs , extensively & if you need more details you can mail me . Per the JBA documentation that I have, it is stated that the transactions will flow through to the G/L if you populate the G/L company and G/L session fields in PLPI0. In my case, this is not happening. The transactions post correctly to A/P but nothing shows up on the G/L side. Does anyone have any experience with this interface that might shed some light on my dilemma? Were running version 3.5.0. Thanks in advance. .........Mike Michael Godson Programmer / Analyst Hach Company Loveland, CO 80539 mgodson@hach.com +--- | This is the JBA Software Users Mailing List! | To submit a new message send your mail to JBAUSERS-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to JBAUSERS-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to JBAUSERS-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: doug333@aol.com. +--- This email and any files attached to it are confidential and intended solely for the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
