Andy, It might be helpful to know what version of System 21 you're currently running...??? That's a tuffy... This is going to take some serious analysis... You need to see what program is running when the index is being rebuilt etc... Sounds like you have the LF set correctly... I looked at the code to rule out any kind of OPNQRF or SQL access and it does not appear there is any of that going on... GL031CLP gets called from GL466 and it's supposed to be running in the background subsystem... The thread is hard to follow as usual... I'd be curious to see this in action to see what other programs and files are open when this is happening... This is going to be difficult to test in production, obviously, but I see no other way to further diagnose what's wrong... This is an interesting case - please let us know how you progress... I've checked the LF Definition and it's *IMMED so why is it being rebuilt? The file has not been restored in anyway. Unfortunately the LF has 21 Million Indexes. Any help would be much appreciated!
