OEP40A and OEP55A

Anyone have any idea why the OEP40A and OEP55A, order entry audit files, are
not used in the style versions?
I can see the files in the base version lib. but they are not in the style
version lib. and they are not being populated by Style.  Big draw back when
you try to find out why, who changed that order.
