Helen,

Option 1 - Job Management allows for automatic invoicing using staged
payments.  You could setup a job with 12 staged payments, each tied to a
date and the invoicing program would automatically generate the invoices at
the appropiate time.

Option 2 - Set up customer text in A/R as a tickler file and use the
miscellaneous invoicing feature in OE, but this would require manual
intervention.

Option 3 - Write an external program to create and print the invoices and
use the A/R and GL interface files to load them into JBA.

That's all I can think of right now.

We need to charge certain customers rental on a monthly or quarterly basis.
