Helen The only recurring invoices that I know of in JBA is in Service Management for their service contracts. We do high volumes of equipment rental and airtime charges, so we created our own program that interfaces with JBA's invoicing program. If your volumes are low, and there are not a lot of details required, you might be able to use the service management module.
