Just came across this one ourselves today. At first blush it appears that
some code on PM080C checks for DLTF53 to be blank but needs to check for
'0'. The mod mark looks to be for a 'BEG' done in '98.

We are just starting to test our find. Nothing conclusive yet. Let's stay in
touch re: findings
