and poor decisions.

Fact: Is JBA for sale? NO> JBA no longer exists!
Fact: Is Geac currently putting various business units up for sale? YES.
Fact: Is Geac, like many companies in today's economy making cost-cutting
decisions - including layoffs? YES.
Fact: Is Geac not happy with the JBA acquisition's results? NO> This
acquisition has not had the quick payback that their acquisitions
traditionally have.
Fact: Would Geac sell System/21 if the right offer came around? WOULDN'T
YOU!> Business is business.
Fact: Will your company be eligible for support, PTFs, and Upgrades
(including Source Code) by the new owners of System/21, when and if
this business unit is sold by Geac? NO> Because you no longer have an
existing contract with Geac that would transfer to the new owner and
therefore protect your future rights.

Good Luck.
