Phantom Bookings... -- SYSTEM21

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

We believe there to be a problem with the software when adding a phantom at
the time of booking.
If the phantom is part of the route the booking occurs as it should by
issuing the components of the phantom.
If I add the phantom at the time I book the parent, the phantom is issued
rather than the components.
We believe the software should backflush the phantom components in both
cases.

Does anyone have any experience with this...?

Any comments...?

We are running V3.5.1 - SP3...  Not on Multiplant.
