Art, If you want to grant the users enquiry ability you could define new tasks in your own bespoke application that do the same function as the enquiry tasks do, this way they will be immune to the exclusivity... Take it one step further and clone the APE or ARE menus into your custom environment and redefine those menu options to your newly defined task in your bespoke application...!!! There is a lot of flexibility there for you to be creative and think outside the box... Let me know if you require any assistance...
