I'd prefer to see something in the body of email, instead of opening another (possibly virus infected, possibly incompatible software) program to see it. There may be a loss of formatting options including fonts, colors, margins, table definitions, etc., and lists like source code may get tedious, but that would be my preference for the general group. Person to person communication can be worked out to the satisfaction of the involved parties. It may be that some email systems do not support attachments from the outside. This may be why some of us on the list are not getting attachments posted. The suggestion is to include everything in the body of the email whenever possible. What do you think?
