If you have a single customer number with multiple delivery sequence
numbers. The customers invoice will consolidate based on the code entered
in the sales detail screen on OEM.

All the orders confirmed for that customer regardless of the selling
stockroom will consolidate until the invoices are printed.

Subject: Invoice Consolidation

We are investigating SOP invoice consolidation.

Our requirement is that a customer who has three delivery sites wants to
receive
one invoice at the end of each month being the consolidation of all the
deliverys across all delivery sites.

My initial investigation says that this is not possible because
consolidation
does not occur across delivery sites, i.e., in my example above I would
actually
get three invoices at the end of the month, not the one invoice desired.

Can anyone suggest how we can consolidate across delivery sites.

We are on 3.5.2b sp 3

Thanks,
Gary.
