We have a group of customers which order when they get around to it.  We put 
them  on a regular call back schedule in Telesales, and get more sales from 
them.  They in turn get more sales from the end user, because they don't run 
out of our product.  Being able to have a list to buy from is quite nice, it 
reduces some keying errors and speeds up the order placing process.  The only 
big drawback I can think of is the length of time it takes to run the refresh 
job.
