JBA Source Code

I am in the 3 year of a 5 year software maintenance agreement that includes
source code. I have recently been assigned a another new account manager,
2nd in 2 months. I will be visited by a Geac reps. on July 17th. At that
meeting I will inform them that If I am to lose source code after my
contract is up, then we will explore other alternatives such as: new ERP
vendor or maintaining the software inhouse. At any rate I would not continue
to pay maintenance for something I could no longer apply my inhouse mods to.
The Idea of having an "Enterprise" package without source code is just plain
stupid. Hopefully in two years it won't be an issue.
