Title: RE: 1/CSAI

Since some of our customers are requiring it for 7/1/00 implementation.  We are investigating its ability to interface properly.

We presently use a modified version of lockbox to accept our banks proprietary BAI formatted transmission via modem.
We are developing the requirements to have our banks switch to 823 in X12 format and also upgrade our translator (premenos) to a version that will accept the larger 820 file.

Could be excellent topic for panel discussions at the System 21 Financial user group meeting in August.

Is anybody else using this option to process 820 transactions from the
customer.  Based on what we have seen in the unmodified code, it would never
work.  My finance user would like to compare notes.
