Service Management

Hi Folks,

Are you using Service Management on System 21? We have our version installed
for about a year and half now with various problems.

Recently a GUI version was offered to Us as part of an upgrade.

If you are using Service Management I would like to here your comments on
how it's performing for you and if you are using or maybe moving to the GUI
version  I would appreciate your comments. 

By the way I like Nick Barraco comment on the "sell and dump" tactics. It's
very true.
