Thanks for putting together the document and sending it to me.

Your document is a good start on my road to understanding, but it raises as
many questions as it does provide answers.  I'm particularly curious about
J-Connects and its use on 3rd party interfaces since we're using Vertex
Sales Tax, Harbinger EDI, JBA E.Supply B2B E-Commerce, Varsity Logistics
Shipping software and Nutech Viewpoint warehouse scanning.

I'm also still very confused about how Explorer fits into the future picture
(if at all).  We're happy with concept of Explorer roles and relatively
satisfied with the Explorer GUI and I thought this product was key to
implementing @ctive Enterprise.  If Explorer is at the end of its lifecycle
I would like to know it.  Also, we have a lot of customized JBA screens and
tons of screens/reports we wrote from scratch that work along side JBA and I
assume we would have to purchase a Jacada development kit and/or pay JBA to
handle all those screens.
