GEAC US Customer Tour

Could someone that attended please outline the highlights of what was
covered?  I hoped this info would be put on the website, but I've given up
on that.  Am I the only one that thinks things are amazingly quiet on the
JBA front?  Everything on their website seems old and dated and what is
coming out seems to be more geared towards Northern Europe.  Is Geac just
going to milk the existing customer base for whatever it can and not sink
any further dollars into the product?  System 21 is actually working pretty
well for us, but with all the personnel turnover and lack of communication
coming my way, it is hard not to be uneasy about the company's future.
