Are you attending the "UK Customer Conference/Special Interest Group
Meetings - Thursday 30th March 2000", where a similar agenda exists. My
concern is that the SIGs have been scaled down to a single afternoon session
per year. I hope this is up for discussion as I believe a great deal of
benefit came out of these forums - maybe not so much in product development
but in discussions etc with my industry peers.
