My first thought was "Why did they schedule this tour during the same week
as Common?"   It makes it difficult for us to get another person out of the

Hi folks,
How about some discussion/reaction to the customer tour.  Some interesting
things were discussed such as:
1. Service Pack 3
2. Support for older versions of System 21
3. @ctive Sales Analysis
4. Jacada, son of Explorer, son of Client Workspace
5. Source code availability
6. ???
