Earlier this week I posted a message to this group urging users who were upset
about JBA's Millennium Support package to complain to JBA and on this and other
"public" forums. I received a phone call late yesterday from Karen Thomes, JBA's
Director of Customer Support, asking me for input about changes she is
considering for the package. After a half day of telephone tag, I was able to
have a candid conversation with her today about this issue.

Karen indicated an understanding of why customers would be upset by the plan.
She also said that she had received about seventy e-mail and phone mail messages
from other JBA customers expressing their displeasure about the plan. While she
was unable to commit to any changes at this time, I was pleased to hear that JBA
does read messages posted here, and will respond to them. I am anxious to see
what changes she is able to bring forth.

Regards,
Jeff
