Having worked for a software company in the past, I beg to differ. Complain long, loud and publicly (comp.sys.ibm.as400.misc, etc.). Additionally, give your JBA contact an earfull every time you talk to him. If they hear enough squeaky wheels they will get the message, and they are not big enough to ignore their users a la Micro$oft. It's best to nip this kind of thing in the bud early.
