When using JBA warehousing, PRIN56 (despatch header) & PRIN57 (despatch detail) have the following possible values: 0 = Initial value when record is created by running the pick notes program in Order Processing 1 = Transition value (couple seconds) when creating pick list for sales 2 = Pick list for sales successfully created in Warehousing 3 = Shipment has been confirmed (this also creates the invoice) As you can see, PRIN57 doesn't change when pick is confirmed. You have to look at Warehouse action / event files (WHP73, WHP75 & WHP77) to determine when pick is confirmed. PRIN77 changes from 0 to 1 when pick is confirmed for each pick line and PRIN75 changes from 0 to 1 when all pick lines for a given event (one or more order lines depending upon whether you allow multiple ordes per pick list) have been confirmed. We've included that information in a Order Inquiry program we wrote for ourselves (including which warehouse person picked and shipped the order which are custom fields we added). To really tie all this together, you need to understand event numbers and action lists. I can elaborate more on how all this ties together if anyone is interested. However, I'm not knowledgeable in how all this works when warehousing is not used. I need some help regarding the Processed Indicator on INP57. Does anyone have any idea what value signifies what, in terms of picks & despatches. At the moment I think 9 = Deleted, and 3 = Confirm Pick, is this correct? I also need to know what 0, 1 and 2 mean. Any help is appreciated.
