Re: Other online JBA tech sources?

Have you requested and received a password to get into the "customer" section of
jbana.com or jbaworld.com?

If you already had you would have found a very limited amount of discussions
between users and JBA about issues and problems.  There is also an online area
for submitting enhancement requests.  One might also pose the "where's some
technical documentation?" question.  I haven't found their website to be a very
useful source of information, but at least they have speeded up the access to
it.

In my ongoing quest for JBA tech information, a colleague has mentioned that,
somewhere, there _has_ to be an online community of this type.  I looked at
www.jbana.com but came up empty.

Anybody know?
