Hello all. I'm the webmaster for JBA's North American website at
www.jbana.com. The JBA Customer Site 99 is available as a subsection of the
international web site at jbaworld.com, and requires users to pre-register
for access.

*WHAT DOES THE SITE OFFER?*
- Discussion and feedback forums
- Online access to product support documentation
- Issues and Insight newsletters
- National/Regional customer news
- North American User Group info in the

“Go local” section

*WHAT DOESN'T IT OFFER?*
The forums are aimed at “customer to customer” and not “customer to JBA”
communication. Technical support is not available online. In addition, the
site does not offer online account management such as help with new orders,
delivery queries, and so on. If you’re in need of technical or account
support, please contact your regional support desk or account manager.

*HOW DO YOU REGISTER?*
To gain access to the customer web site, you’ll need to take the following
steps to register for a user id and password:

1) To get to the customer web site, go to JBA’s world site at
http://jbaworld.com. From there, find the Services section on the left-hand
column of the home page. Then click on the Customers link. Or you can go
directly to http://jbaworld.com/services/customer/index.htm.

2) You’ll be presented with a welcome message and a yellow and blue table
with three options. Select the first option “register to get your user id
and password” which will take you to a form.

3) Complete all of the details in the form including your user id and
password. As your user id will appear next to messages you post in
discussion forums, we recommend you use “firstname lastname” as your user
id.

4) Before submitting the form, make sure you have ticked the JBA Customers
box at the top of the screen.

5) Your submitted form is processed by JBA so your status as a customer is
confirmed. Once you’ve been granted access, you’ll receive a welcome e-mail
with instructions for accessing the site.

6) Repeat step one above and this time select the second option “enter with
your existing user id and password.” You’ll be asked to enter your user id
and password. You’ll then need to accept the non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
before being allowed into the site.

7) Once you’re at the JBA Customer Site 99 page, save the location as a
bookmark in your Internet browser. This way, you won’t have to login and
accept the NDA every time you go to the site.
