I suggest you take a look at a product called Electran/AS which does what you want to do and will tie into your back end JBA system. Visit www.electran.com and take a look. Also check out AS/400 magazine at http://www.as400magazine.com/Content/chronicles/199903/case_study_frame.htm for a user story on them. ---------- From: Jim Sehi [SMTP:jsehi@hach.com] Sent: Friday, March 12, 1999 4:40 AM To: JBAUSERS-L@midrange.com Subject: Re: E-Commerce Dan, We are not yet live on 3.5.0, but are planning to do so in the next 45 days. We already have a team of individuals exploring this same functionality and have currently contracted out to a Denver firm to form a preliminary idea (specification) on how to go about doing this. I have yet to see the results of the research, but it should prove interesting. We too are exploring using the JBA System/21 EDI interface to receive these orders into JBA. I would be interested in speaking to you sometime soon on this topic and sharing experiences.
