Yes and surprise!!!! we have the same problem.
We have used CHGDTA to write DFUs and put them on a special menu for our
I.T. Liaison Officers.  They can then run these themselves to clear the flag
for a specific problem, which prevents me from getting several phone calls a
day.  We have an I.T. Liaison officer in each section of the company (just a
user who is at least slightly computer literate).  What a pity JBA couldn't
have used commitment control throughout the major sections of their product.
