I know New Albany well, I lived on the Kentucky side of the Ohio in
Louisville.  But they are a little further North.  Evansville is on the tip
of the 'U' which is why Kentucky claims some of the land on this side
(North) of the Ohio river.  Some dispute over the rivers course changing.
