I was told before the V5R3 announcement that the PM400 issue would be fixed
in that release.  Nobody in San Antonio seemed to know one way or the other.

Java PTFs should load with just *ALWPTF "in the next release".  Since she
knew that I was on V5R2, I took that to mean V5R3.

Your right about it not being just Java, apparently Access for Web (5722XH2)
has the same issue.
