We do that too and only key folks (me and the Controller) can get signed on 
when QINTER
is down.

All you really need to do Dan is create a subsystem description (we are Lee 
Supply Corp.
so ours is LEE_IS) and the do an ADDWSE (Add Workstation Entry) for the devices 
you want
to have the capability to get a sign on screen when QINTER is down...
