I have a source member, that uses ILE features. In order to simplify--
compilation as a bound program, it has this H-spec at the top:
H DFTACTGRP(*NO) ACTGRP('HTTPAPI')
But I find that if I want to compile to a module, I have to comment that
H-spec out.
Is there by any chance a way to condition this H-spec, so that it's
ignored when I want a module?
