But, I need to know how to get the "Initial Library" list of a job that is
waiting in the JoqQ (not actively running) as it may be different than the
library list of its associated job description.
A work management function added in V7R5 called "Submitted Job Tracker" may
assist you in this.
I don't have the time right now to sort the details out, but it looks like
this function is created to allow us to resubmit jobs for various reasons.
