No I don't think so:

Lines(x) = %trim(city) + ', ' + state = ' ';

will be interpreted as:

Lines(x) = ( ( %trim(city) + ', ' + state ) = ' ' );

Because AFAIK the PLUS has a higher operator precedence than the EQUAL. Or am I wrong?

So Lines(x) should only contain '0'.
