Do you really need the Indicators *IN01-*IN99?
If so have you tried something like this:
DCL-S IndPtr Pointer Inz(%Addr(*IN));
DCL-DS IndDS Pointer Based(IndPtr);
ArrInd Ind Dim(99) Pos(1);
End-DS;
