Here is how i do it

an Example for Processing Part.

dcl-pr PrtStmF extpgm('PRTSTMF');
Stream const like(Stream);
OutQ const like(OutQ);
end-pr;


// SDB-Datei ins Outq stellen
Stream = %trim(Pfhad) + %trim(DSDB76K.PFAD3);
PrtStmF(Stream : OutQ);
